Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare Your Package
Carefully place the jewelry in its original branded packaging and secure it inside a padded shipping box to prevent damage during transit.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your package before dropping it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our artisans inspect the returned item for quality assurance, we will process your refund or ship your new exchange within 5-7 business days.
